A New World.

We’re setting out to create an entirely new British-inspired world for FiveM, built from the ground up by Moddex Development. From bustling town centres and expansive countryside to coastal communities, industrial estates and realistic British infrastructure, Westhaven will be more than just another map.

First Look

A two-lane road with a bus stop and double yellow lines, running towards a junction, with more roads spread across green land behind it.

The Road Network

Roads running out across the island.

A large roundabout carried on two bridges over a six-lane motorway, seen from above in an early untextured scene.

Motorway Junction

A roundabout bridging the motorway.

Yellow bus stop box markings on both sides of a road, with paved pavements and drain covers.

Bus Stops

Kerbside markings, drawn the British way.

Close view of double yellow lines along a kerb, with the road curving away towards the sea.

Double Yellows

Lines, kerbs and paving, up close.

The road markings you’d expect to see.

Development captures. Work in progress and subject to change.

One Island.

One vision, built by Moddex Development. Pick a name to find it on the map.

Raising the Lighthouse

Before anyone sees the island, Westhaven needed a face. The new identity sets a lighthouse above a wide island silhouette, paired with extended lettering. Navy brings confidence, stone adds space and heritage gold supplies a quiet accent.
